We want to reduce food waste in the food industry and make sustainability available to industry and consumers.


Our sustainable plant-based food ingredients are highly functional. Texture, emulsification, water retention, egg and hydrocolloid replacement as well as protein enrichment are our functionalities. 


Our main processing technologies are drying and milling. In addition, we do use extrusion. We do not use carriers, enzymes or microorganisms. Our ingredients originate always from the edible part of the plant. This is likely to more natural than any law might ever require.
